UN Workers to Quit East Timor

DILI, Indonesia, Sept. 8 - the United Nations prepared Wednesday to withdraw its workers from East Timor, the cries for help included a nun who described it as hell here and pleaded: I want to cry out to everyone to save us but nobody seems to be listening. U.N. members have said they might send in armed peacekeepers but only with Indonesia's consent - and Indonesia refuses to grant that.
